La Grande Georgette 餐厅位于大教堂对面的前消防站内，您可以在露台上欣赏美景。Julien Raphanel 和他的团队充分利用当地的新鲜时令食材。与美味佳肴相伴的是酒窖中来自其他所有葡萄酒产区的香槟。最稀有、最受追捧的酿酒商都有代表。餐厅服务一流，热情友好。酒店距离兰斯圣母院如此之近，而且正对圣母院，这一切都为这次美妙的经历加分不少。

Localização excelente e o único quesito positivo desse estabelecimento, quartos pequenos , sem manutenção ( no nosso quarto a pia do banheiro estava entupida vazando agua para a prateleira embaixo ) foi resolvido apos falar com a recepcionista no dia seguinte , buffet de cafe da manha faltam opções sem gluten e sem lactose ( do ha bebida vegetal ) atendimento displicente , definitivamente nao e um hotel 5 estrelas categoria turística

Amazing hotel. Super clean, everyone was friendly. Concierge was attentive and gave amazing recommendations. Highly recommended the hotel. Added bonus it is attached to one of my favorite restaurants, le grande georgette.

Un service client et plus particulièrement une direction absolument pas à l’écoute du client. Vous laissez votre voiture au voiturier car plus d’accès directe au parking, le lendemain matin vous récupérez celle-ci avec un certain nombre d’effets personnel qui ont disparus, vous le signalez et là on vous répond que ce n’est pas possible que personne n’est entré dans votre voiture dans la nuit, donc le client ment…. Sans partir du principe que le client à toujours raison un minimum est de ne pas partir du postulat opposé qu’il a tort.
Je vous déconseille donc d’utiliser le service voiturier et gardiennage de votre voiture. Même si l'accès en ce moment à l’hôtel est très compliqué.

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! From before I even arrived I felt valued and cared about! The staff at this hotel go above and beyond every day. I couldn’t figure out how to reserve a tour of Pomerreyy, one email it was done! Check in was phenomenal, they delivered our bags to our room once it was ready, we had been on a Champagne tour and we arrived back got our keys and the front desk person Alisa walked us to our room to ensure all was in n order! We were in our room a little while and Quinten arrived with a glass of Champagne! This gal and daughter from NC were quite impressed! I will definitely stay here again! Top notch all the way! The chewy on top was he most gorgeous of Notre Dame from our room!

Great hotel in wonderful city! The hotel was old fire house and faces the beautiful Reims cathedral in fact our room had a cathedral view which was majestic every night or morning when we looked out. We had a car so we followed their meticulous instructions to park the car (you have to call about 5 mins before you arrive and valet meets you at a designated spot as the city has restricted driving areas due to old age of city).

We were checked in by Clotilde who was attentive, pleasant and friendly.

Amenities:
Pool was nice and we also had great breakfast in their restaurant and had a night cocktail every night of our stay.

Overall the whole staff was wonderful and we were glad we stayed at this wonderful hotel. The staff acknowledged my Marriott status (Ambassador) and gave us a nice upgrade.

We would stay here again without hesitation.
