The parking accommodations at the Continental Hotel were extraordinarily difficult and created an enormous amount of stress. I would highly recommend for travelers to seek accommodations OUTSIDE of the city of Reims or bypass the city altogether. We witnessed a young couple backing out of their car and side swiping another car in the parking lot below the Continental Hotel. They drove off without even looking back.|While the hotel staff showed some amount of empathy, it was clear that they had no control over the situation. This should serve as a warning to all travelers to seek accommodations elsewhere.

Chambre basique pour un 4 étoiles: doco, simple, surface mal organisée, pas bouilloire, gobelets en carton, peu de rangement. Dédales de couloirs intérieurs et extérieurs pour arriver à la chambre.
Rapport qualité prix plus que moyen.
Il doit probablement avoir une meilleur rapport qualité prix dans les environs.

Nous sommes venus ce 1er mai pour manger en famille, personnel serviable, gentil et nous avons bien mangé. Malgré tout beaucoup d'erreur de compréhension suite a notre commande.. salle de réception réservé pour nous mais mal nettoyé.. dommage ...

Et fermeture du resto plus tôt pour éviter trop de clients le midi .. allez comprendre.
