Sushido was decent by all means. The fish was fresh and the staff was very helpful, polite and speaking fluent English. I could not give five stars because I see some missed potential in the restaurant:
1. We ordered the big boat - in the menu picture it is quite full and rich, while in reality there were many empty places. The fish slices were rather small'ish. I'd suggest increasing the boat price and serving it reach as it is your top-demo dish.
2. Along with the boat there were hot skewers. The thing is that if you eat (cold) sushi first, the hot skewers will get cold in the meantime. Also when you order the top dish, the skewers should be the top quality (ie. Scallops instead of two times chicken [with bones] and minced pork)
3. Atmosphere - there were speakers in the ceiling, but no music, so we could hear each conversation. (But not necessarily understand it in French :) )
We will definitely come back again when we are around and see if you reconsider some menu options.
Overall we found in Sushido good sushi for good value.
