LOISIUM CHAMPAGNE

Très bel emplacement au coeur des vignes.

L'espace spa est top, nous y avons été en mars, peut être les places se font plus rare lors de la forte saison.

Chambre très agréable, bienqu'un peu excessive

Je suis venue avec ma mère et ma sœur pour un moment entre filles. C etait génial ! Le repas était extra, le serveur a tout fait pour palier à nos contraintes : grossesse, diabète, repas sans sucre ! Le massage a été extraordinaire, Maeva est la meilleure masseuse que j ai pu avoir, tout était vraiment parfait : pression, massage des zones très contractées, l ambiance... Le spa extra, la piscine assez chaude, la tisanerie top ! Tout était vraiment génial ! On a pu profiter toutes les 3 de ce moment formidable !

Prijemny hotel, dobra obsluha, pekne zaujimave izby... spa velmi pekne, ale par beci treba doladit: oznacit plavkova a bezplavkova zona. Ludia chodia do horucej sauny v plavkach aj slapkach. To je nemozne pei teplote nad 80C. V horucej saune doplnit drevene rohoze na zem. Keremicky obklad velmi horuci na nohy. Doplnit kadu na schladenie alebo studene vedro odvahy.

Fantastic afternoon with the group touring the country side. Hade the three course meal and some amazing champagnes. Recommend if you are in the area.||We only did the restaurant so not sure on the rooms but the place looks absolutely beautiful.

Our Junior Suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the vineyards, which made our stay truly memorable.

The breakfast was delightful, with plenty of high-quality options that catered to various tastes. However, after a few days, I wished for more variety. Unfortunately, the dinner experience fell short; while dishes were visually appealing, the flavors lacked depth, especially given the price point. The French onion soup was bland, and overall, the creativity and execution did not meet expectations. Food at the bar was decent but overpriced.

The spa was exceptional, featuring a heated outdoor pool (28°C), three relaxing saunas, and ample space to unwind. Complimentary tea and nuts added a nice touch, though the bar at the spa was unstaffed during our visit. The gym was well-equipped with treadmills, a rowing machine, dumbbells, and a spinning bike.

The service varied across departments. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, offering excellent assistance throughout our stay. However, restaurant staff were less attentive and could improve their friendliness to elevate the overall experience.

The location is unbeatable—surrounded by vineyards and forests, it offers tranquility and stunning views that are perfect for relaxation.

Overall, LOISIUM Champagne delivers a lovely experience with its modern design and fantastic amenities. To truly shine as a luxury destination, improvements in culinary offerings, breakfast variety, and restaurant service are needed. Pricing is fair for what is offered but could align better with quality in dining services.
