Het mooiste is het uitzicht, maar ook een uitstekend hotel. We hadden een ruime kamer gelukkig wat verder weg van het zwembad met een geweldig uitzicht over de wijngaarden. Een goed ontbijt, heerlijk eten en hele vriendelijke medewerkers. Het eten en de drankjes zijn niet goedkoop, aar wel uitstekend van kwaliteit. Naast een ruim restaurant waar je ook kunt genieten van het uitzicht (als je op tijd bent) ook een gezellige bar met veel zitjes (ook buiten). Ook voldoende parkeergelegenheid want je kunt er alleen met de auto komen

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, die Aussicht ist einzigartig, die Zimmer sind Sauber und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings könnte es etwas mehr Herzhafte Aufstriche und verschiedene Käse geben. Der Fitnessraum ist auch etwas karg bestückt, das macht der Saunabereich aber wieder wett. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

You would not be disappointed with a stay at Loisium. We had the suite overlooking the vineyard with a balcony and it was perfect. The room was immaculate and the staff always eager to assist. Even with a large group attending for the weekend as part of a motoring rally, the property was quiet and we were never disturbed. It is a great base to discover the Champagne region and we would highly recommend a stay for the peace and calm that it brings.

Location is amazing, facilities are great from spa, several seat areas, bar, lobby till gym.
Great architecture!!
i would suggest to open the gum at 7 i stead of 8 AM.
As a hospitality professional I would recommend some things that need improvement.

Long wait after sitting for offering a menu or even request the menu myself by using the bar and lobby services.
Staff is not assertive or putting any interest in guests, besides one nice reception lady with blond short hair and glasses. 5 stars for her!

Check-in is not efficient and if 6 couples are waiting to check out there is no extra person to jump by.

These things really break the all over experience unfortunately.

Breakfast was good, the dinner was disappointing.
Everything looks great, tastes and temperature of the dishes by serving were luke warm and plain in taste.
Use more herbs and spices and you will make a big difference.

We dined in the hotel’s restaurant - La Table Des Amis.
The entire lunch took 3h whic was not acceptable especially if we are tourists and have an itinerary to complete.
No doubt the restaurant was full but it would be great if the hostess could update us. Instead I had to keep asking to order, to get bread, to find out when the food would arrive.
The restaurant is located on a hill so there was good green vineyard view.
Food presentation wax beautiful and the quality was good.
