The champagne bar opens at 9h30 if you are looking for somewhere before other places open. The staff in the bar were friendly and knowledgeable. We visited the boutique twice during our visit and the staff in there were friendly too.

The Moet & Chandon cellars visit will be in my personal top-5 not only of the cellars tours but of the tours in general. I believe the principal reason of that was our amazing guide, Mohammed. He combines rich knowledge, expertise, ability to deliver the Maison’s history in an incredibly fascinating way, engagement, passion about what he is doing and.. great sense of humour:) These two hours spent in the endless caves were absolutely worth it. Mohammed was able to answer all the questions going even beyond the answers and I personally have discovered Moet&Chandon from completely another angle. Being one of the oldest Maisons de champagne, this place is a must to visit and to make the tasting. Just keep in mind that the temperature inside the cellars does not exceed 12 degrees (+higher humidity in winter) so consider of having something warm to put on. Thank you, Moet&Chandon, and see you in a few years!

We did the ‘signature tour’ (€62,-). Strongly recommend. Our guide told us the whole story from begin to ending of making champagne (like a true storyteller). It ended with a could drink to make the whole experience complete.

The only interesting part of the tour is the big cellars; the rest is just mass handling, together with some half-true information, and at the end, you got two big glasses of their cheapest. I would rather have had much less, but of higher quality.

Le tour avec guide est vraiment excellent. On a eu de bonnes explications. Il nous a donné une vue sur le processus de production, l'histoire,... et une dégudtation après.

Afortunado de haber vivido esta experiencia de visita a las bodegas y de cata.

Dudo que llegue a tomar una copa de champagne qué me sepa mejor a las que deguste en este tour. Una experiencia privilegiada sin lugar a dudas.

Y lo más impresionante para mi es que fue mi primer cata de vino de toda mi vida. Sin duda ya soy fanático del champagne y de los vinos a partir de este momento.

My wife and I did a signature tour (1.5 hours and 2 glass champagne). The tour was quite nice and went fast. One of the better wine tours we've done. You walk around the cellar and learn about the brand. The tunnels are very cool to explore. At the end we got 2 healthy glasses to try. No food with it. The gift shop is underwhelming and only sells champagne, no other souvenirs unfortunately. It's pricey but fun to visit.

We had an amazing tour with Violetta (I hope I spelt that correctly!) she was absolutely incredible and very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and she was very funny with her info during the tour. She really made our whole experience so memorable so if you have Violetta on your tour you are very lucky! Also the girl who checked us in and very kindly squeezed us in for the last tour of the year (I didn’t catch her name but she’s a gorgeous young blonde woman) she was fabulous and made it all happen for us. So a big thank you to those two WONDERFUL ladies who are a true asset to the company. Thank you and a happy new year!x

Superbe visite dans cette Maison de Champagne mondialement connue. Très belle boutique avec de belles bouteilles proposées à la vente.
La dégustation en salon après la visite est très instructive et très agréable. Joli jardin avec fontaine, lieu de LA rencontre entre Napoléon 1er et Jean-Rémy Moët.
