This was honestly the worst restaurant experience I've had in years.
For starters we had the asparagus and the salmon tartare. Both were pre-prepared, way to sour and the texture was awful. The asparagus seemed out of a can and the salmon tartare was more like ceviche.
For the main course we had the steak tartare. This was the moment we decided to leave. You cannot call this a "traditional steak tartare". It was humps of meat, drenched in barbecue sauce. We tasted nothing of the meat, just BBQ sauce. We took 2 bites, looked at eachother in disbelief and confusion and asked the waiter to take it away and bring the bill.
The reason I give 2 stars for service is that they did not charge us for the so called steak tartare. Otherwise they were slow, forgot about the wine and our request to sit below in the cellar, which they advertise so greatly with.
I'm writing this review whilst eating a delicious pizza from the Eurasian restaurant across the street. Spend your money there, not at this "restaurant".

Très bon repas, le serveur nous a gentiment redirigé vers les caves qui devaient être fermées à l'origine. Merci beaucoup à lui, nous avons apprécié le geste.

Nous étions un groupe de 18 personnes mais les serveurs et la patronne surent nous accueillir avec efficacité et professionnalisme, malgré les difficultés de l'exercice. Un déjeuner très agréable.

Très bien mangé, plutôt cuisine style brasserie. Personnel très gentil.
Tout commence par un accueil chaleureux de Caroline ! Elle a su nous mettre à l'aise sans s'imposer. Toujours aux petits soins et son équipe est dans la même lignée ! C'est très agréable et à souligner car de plus en plus rare.
Nous avons pris un tartare de bœuf et un tartare de saumon et asperges.
Tout était excellent, assiettes très bien présentées, vraiment charmant.
Passez au sous sol visiter les caves. C'est atypique, ça sent le champagne ! C'est une particularité dans certains restaurants de Épernay.
Arrêtez vous, goûtez, appréciez, vous aurez passé un agréable moment !
