Besöket var en besvikelse. Det finns tre huvudrätter att välja på, vegetariskt, kött och fisk. Sällskapet valde kött: entrecôte med pommes frites med kardemumma-sås. In kommer en oaptitlig brun-gul tallrik. Allt i samma färg. Pyttelite sås i skål intill som inte smakade något. Fisken, sej på ris var ännu värre. Vitt på vitt. Helt färglös. Ingen av smakerna från menyn, kokosmjölk, vitlök, citrongräs återfanns i maten. Sås serverades i liten tillbringare som skulle delas på två. Den räckte inte och vi fick tjata oss till lite mer. Långsam servering. Det föreslagna vita vinet (en moscatel) passade dåligt till maten och serverades långt efter att vi fått maten. Efterrätterna var bra serverade och goda. Fisken var bra pocherad. Långsam och delvis ohjälpsam personal.

We had a lovely service staff. He made our stay very special. The food was somewhat okayish. Burger meat was good, burger bun should have been grilled and with more sauce and spice. It was a bit dry. The fries were tasteless and the cheddar sauce was sweet. I had my birthday and the chef refused to prep sth. If it wouldnt be for the nice waiter, I‘d have given one star review.

Très bon restaurant à Épernay. La collab d'octobre est un accord mets-vin très réussi. Le service est un peu long mais la qualité des plats et la très belle carte des vins font oublier l'attente. Super adresse !

We enjoyed the experience overall, however my wife’s steak was overcooked and we couldn’t get anyone’s attention to change it (they were very busy). When they cleared the plates we had to point out my wife had left nearly all of her steak and explain why. They apologised but did not take it off the bill or even take a glass of wine off. That was a disappointing end to a nice meal.
