Nous venons de prendre le lunch, trois plats dans ce magnifique restaurant. Le staff est très agréable et la nourriture est excellente. Je recommande à 100 %.

Un endroit à découvrir sans hésiter. Des plats dignes de restaurants étoilés et un service sur mesure. Ici tout est possible et c'est appréciable. Bravo pour la qualité de la table et des vins avec des vieux millésimes à la dégustation. Une très belle expérience pour un bon moment de partage. Y. Coltel

Alors j'ai tout testé !!! c'est génial , le spa est magique , les massages hyper pro et très agréables , les chambres superbes et la cuisine digne d'une ou deux étoiles . La cerise sur le gâteau , le champagne d'Elodie et l'accueil de Fabrice. A 1h20 de Paris Gare de l'Est. Séjour a faire sans hésitation !!!!!!!!!!

Des hôtes dévoués et aux petits soins (Fabrice est tout simplement adorable), une équipe professionnelle souriante et accueillante, un SPA ultra propre et moderne, un massage personnalisé de qualité, nous avons passé un week-end anniversaire inoubliable entre amies. Très bon accueil personnalisé et chaleureux, la cuisine était excellente avec le vin approprié, avant de partir nous sommes passés par la boutique histoire de se faire un petit plaisir avec des coupes et un seau à champagne.
Merci encore à Fabrice SPREUX, notre serveur et le cuisinier pour leur gentillesse, vous avez une très bonne maison.

Stopped by chance and had a great time. Service is excellent, champagnes are fantastic and the garden in front is one of the best on the street, plus it’s dog friendly!

Fantastic place to chill out and enjoy oak barrel aged champagne.

This restaurant is a very rare find and has been the highlight of our trip to Champagne. It’s a family owned Champagne house which has recently opened a restaurant at their address in Epernay.

Food: The food is of the highest standards and is very well executed without being overly pretentious. We had the five course ‘Elodie’ tasting menu with matched wines and every course was exceptional.

Atmosphere: It is a family run operation in the very best sense. Fabrice (front of house and husband of Elodie the winemaker) is a self-deprecating and charming ex rugby player who is perfectly suited for hosting what feels like a very professional dinner party spread over multiple tables.

Wine: We took the wine pairing with each course and each complimented their respective dish very well, showcasing the varied styles of their wines. The champagnes were fantastic and varied. I don’t know if the pairings stay the same but for us the 1990 vintage with the cheese course was a particularly unexpected highlight.

Service: As mentioned above, Fabrice really made our meal but all of the staff were fantastic. My wife was pregnant when we visited and despite only telling them when we arrived they made the effort of making a non-raw fish amuse bouche for her and also were aware of which cheeses were unpasteurised. We never had a long wait between any course and our glasses were always charged.

Overall I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. It’s intimate, family run, with exceptional food and an interesting wine paring. The intimate setting and great hosting round up to a perfect evening out.

So friendly and such a cute place to share some wine & snacks.

Si vous aimez la bonne humeur, la cuisine raffinée et gourmande et que vous souhaitez déguster une panoplie de champagne aussi bon les uns que les autres : foncez !
Merci à Fabrice qui a rendu notre dîner encore plus spécial grâce à son accueil, ses conseils, sa joie de vivre et.... son humour ???? Gad Elmaleh n'a qu'à bien se tenir !

Wir waren gleich zweimal dort und es war beide Mal ein wundervolles Erlebnis. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt eine grosse Auswahl an Champagner von sehr hoher Qualität. Die Preise sind sehr fair. Wir empfehlen unbedingt einen Besuch bei Bubbles & Happiness!

Bonjour! We had the best time last night. Great food, amazing champagne and perfect service. We even were allowed to have a small dance when the restaurant was empty. It was also nice that they arranged a firework for our birthday friend. Definetly recommend eating here

Wij hadden een heerlijke avond bij Bulles & Bonheur te Epernay, met dank aan Fabrice, Olivier, Corontin & team voor de super vriendelijke ontvangst en bediening. We genoten erg van ons diner bij zonsondergang (en afterparty ;-)) op het terras. Dankjewel!

The champagne, service and food were excellent! We visited with our 2 small children, and they went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Very grateful and highly recommend!

A special spot with a special history. The staff here today was absolutely amazing, thank you to the gentleman who guided me, he was very knowledgeable and super friendly.

Perfect restaurant with perfect champagne. We had a “surprise” lunch menu. The chef got us our favorite dishes: foie gras, magret du canard and lemon pie. The champagnes are absolutely fabulous. The 1989 was an experience in itself. Their rose is the best rose champagne I’ve ever tried. Service was awesome: Olivier is a great host and very knowledgeable, so we had a full class on champagne throughout our lunch. Can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back.

Great food, excellent champagne and perfect pairing of the aforementioned food and champagne. All serverd by a happy and passionate staff! I would strongly recommend eating here ;-) The chef can cook a menu for kids that doesnt include nuggets or french fries, so thats a plus!

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. We booked this place because it was one of few that could take our large group and what an amazing find. The food was delicious and beautiful and the champagne pairings were unexpected and also delicious. Highly highly recommend !!!!
