A young guy at the reception gave us a wrong key and my husband went into a room where a couple was lying on the bed. We went back to the reception and a different person was there. We explained what happened but she didn’t seem really cared and said “C'est mon collègue qui s'est trompé “, but for us it wasn’t important which person made a mistake! They both were not so professional (in the evening). The next morning, there were different staff. I mean totally different and they were very professional. If we checked in a day after, our experience would be much nicer and I would have given 5 stars.
One more thing was that the water in the coffee machine wasn’t cleaned out and there was brown water in it.

Ma réunion professionnelle étant annulée , j'ai souhaité annuler ma réservation prépayée 1 mois avant la date prévue , on m'a répondu que c'était impossible . C'est honteux ! Un mois à l'avance , la chambre sera forcément relouée . Aucun sens commercial . Evitez cet établissement !
