Séjour agréable. Les chambres sont confortables. L’hôtel est tout à fait excentré.

Hôtel dingue !!! Petit déjeuner excellent, chambre assez spacieuse et très confortable. Il y a piscine, sauna, jacuzzi, salle de sport, c’est canon!! Petit bémol sur la propreté mais rien d’alarmant. Je recommande !!!

I originally booked 3 rooms for myself and 2 friends for 1 night - it was a Saturday.|I originally booked through AGODA and the booking was confirmed and the payment taken 5 days prior to our visit.|We Checked in on arrival without any issue and our rooms were clean & cool. My shower was slightly blocked (to the point of overflow) and could have been cleaner but overall happy with the room for 1 night.|Upon Checkout I was advised that only 1 of the rooms was paid and I would need to pay my room - which I did, with a debit card, thinking that there was some error from AGODA. But on checking my bank, the room was already paid. I returned to the desk agent who said that his computer says that it isnt paid and I needed to pay. I refused to pay for the 3rd room and requested a refund for the earlier payment - so after some 20 mins of this faff, he decided to contact colleague. After some further time, it seemed that he understood their system a little better and identified an error at their end and apologised and offered me a refund provided I could provide an IBAN number - which I dont have.. Luckily I have a friend with a French account so I have now (2 days later) provided them with this information to the front desk email address, as they requested. I have now done this 3 times without any reply from the hotel.....|Moral of the story - check that your payment has been made and dont give these guys any further payment - they are in no rush to make ant refund.|I wont stay here again!!!|only fortunate that we were leaving earlier than required to get our tunnel crossing so we didnt miss it in the end but I am still +€100 out of pocket!!!

Passés pour boire un verre ce dimanche 22 vers 19:00. Degré zéro de l'accueil par le réceptionniste cheveux longs : "prenez un menu au comptoir" d'un geste péremptoire puis, une fois assis ... patience ... il reste derrière son comptoir sans faire un geste pour prendre la commande ou au moins nous dire de patienter. Au bout de 10 min on s'en va boire un verre ailleurs ! Désolant.
