Dommage que le parking est payant sinon tout est parfait

Verouderd hotel in een rommelige wijk op een minder aan te lopen route naar het centrum.
De kamer (nr. 21) beschikt over een prima werkende airco en een smart-TV met een schuin aflopend dak . Badkamer is redelijk recent, maar een te kleine douche en overal zie je al schimmel op de kitnaden. Parkeren is heel goedkoop (€4,00) op een afgesloten terrein, grenzend aan het hotel.

Gehorig op de verouderde gang, ruizende leidingen en een grote blaffende hond in de vroege ochtend.
Zet je het raam open, dan heb je het idee dat je naast de snelweg slaapt. Er is namelijk veel overlast van rijdend verkeer aan de drukke straat i.c.m. een slecht wegdek.

Receptioniste en dame in de ontbijtcorner zijn heel aardig en zeer behulpzaam. Ontbijt top!!

This hotel exceeded my expectations and was incredible value for money. We used this location as a stop off whilst travelling to Provence. We were greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful member of staff who gave us information about the town on where to park and eat. The room was cleaned to a high standard, the air conditioning was a blessing, and (unlike a lot of hotels we've visited) this was working. The bed was queen size, and the mattress was of good quality and firm (comfy). The breakfast was the usual french style of cerial, pastries, Bread,fruits,cheese and meats which were perfectly presented for patrons to help themselves. The wifi was also exeptional contrary to previous reviews, so I'm not sure if this has been rectified, but I must say it was far far better than any I've used in UK hotels. The location itself was also great with only a 5 minute drive to the centre of Troyes where ample parking was available, Troyes itself is a beautiful town with medieval architecture and many timber framed buildings and an abundance of restaurants and brasseries to choose from. All in all, it is a fantastic location to stop off or visit for a longer stay in its own right and the Hotel de Troyes is a fantastic option to choose for your accommodation. Hôtel très bien situé. Accueil chaleureux et une grande disponibilité des réceptionnistes, merci beaucoup, c'est tellement agréable. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Je recommande !
