I booked this hotel and I couldn't get in to sleep. I stayed outside. I tried to cancel the reservation working to ask for a refund but they never refunded me the situation is terrible because when I arrived at the hotel he tried to enter my reservation code and also my last name, but their computer didn't work and didn't recognize either one or the other. Then I tried to send a message on the Booking site. And they didn't answer me. Then I tried to contact booking. And anyway at night there is no good service that is truly appropriate for these problems, I was truly shocked.|We later asked for a refund but this hotel company does not respond does not seem to want to refund Yet the mistake. It is absolutely theirs.

dans cet hôtel,un accueil chaleureux,des chambres confortables,la propreté irréprochable,excellent diner et petit déjeuner,très copieux.Bonne qualité prix.je le recommande.
