Basic accommodation really, but clean. Lots of plumbing sounds when upstairs using their bathroom. No mirror other than in the latter. The hotel is overpriced for the level of comfort and size of room. To cap it all, I was unable to leave luggage there as they close between 12.30 and 15.30!

Tout était parfait, nous avons bien dormis. Chambre spacieuse avec tout ce dont avez besoins. Top pour l’emplacement, lors de notre arrivée, on nous a proposé des solutions de stationnement. Très propre.
Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés ????

Excellent location because it's in walking close walking distance to boutique shops, cafes/restaurants, rental bikes to explore countryside across Loire river. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Not super fancy, but it is clean and smells good. There was a lovely fragrance in the lobby and asked every staff member for the name and type of fragrance diffuser, but no one knew. If anyone knows what it is, please let us know! I would change my review to a 5 star review...

First of all location is perfect. On the edge of the city centre with cathedral and rue du Bourgogne within a kilometer. Parking js nearby in the local underground parking garage for 5 euro. Hotel is ok but outdated. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is typically french, not that good.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and helpful personable staff. The perfect place to stay for a night or two in Orleans. Close to wine bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and the market plus convenient and inexpensive parking just a minute away. Bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet and easily accessible.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche des rues les plus commerçantes . Propre, belles chambres confortables . Excellent petit déjeuner et accueil sympathique . Pas de restaurant mais on peut bien sûr aller manger à 2 pas, au "Coin Gourmand" .
Et pratique :il y a un accord entre l'hôtel et le garage du Cheval Rouge , tout à fait proche, : 3 € la nuit .

Hôtel bien situé, au centre, près des halles.
Très propre, chambres grandes, wifi efficace, petit déjeuner servi en chambre , très copieux et d'excellente qualité.
Personnel très sympathique, un petit plan à l'arrivée avec tous les spots touristiques et une sélection de restaurants.
Une très bonne adresse
