Satisfaite des deux premières nuits de mon séjour, lors de la 3eme nuit beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 3h du matin dans la chambre au-dessus, impossible de dormir !!! D'autre part j'ai trouvé cher le supplément pour mon petit chien qui a dormi sur son tapis, sans gêner personne...

We did not have pleasant experience during our stay here. The shower drainage was clogged and during our 6 nights stay our room was only cleaned once by Amimat and that was on the third day. So day 1 check in, day 2 no cleaning, day 3 i asked the front desk requesting the room to be cleaned and change towel too but when we return we found the room exactly the same. Day 4 we asked again for our room to be cleaned and Amimat clean the room, change towel and provide 2 bottled water. Day 5 someone came but did not clean,only change towel and provided 2 mineral water. Day 6 before we leave i asked a cleaner who was cleaning the front room to clean our room and change towel she said yes but when we return the room was exactly the same. We reported this to front desk and they called us back saying that the cleaner did not clean because the dog was free in the room. We had a very small dog but we have stated before we came that we will bring his cage and cage him when we leave. Amimat did a great job cleaning it as how it should the others are just too lazy and use the dog as an excuse to skip cleaning our room. Amimat cleaned it well and the other cleaner came to change towel and provided water but too lazy to clean, the others dont even bother to go inside and claimed there was a dog free in the room. What a lousy service. And we paid additional 20 euro per night for having the dog. We wont stay here anymore ever

Fourth visit to Oceana in Orleans on the way to the south. Friendly hotel and on walkable distance to the lovely city centre. We will do it again, next holliday.

Zuerst funktionierte der Zimmerschlüssel nicht, und ich musste 2 Mal zur Rezeption, dann wurde eine neue Karte ausgestellt. In einem Bett war die Wäsche verschmutzt, wurde aber sofort behoben. Die Dusche gab kein Wasser, aber die Dame von der Rezeption sagte, daran kann sie nichts ändern. Sehr schade und ärgerlich.

Un peu trop moderne à notre goût pour ce site ancien, mais pas d'inconvénient, il faut bien du confort.
Petit problème, il n'y avait pas assez de place pour garer la voiture, mais tout à été fait pour trouver une solution.
Un hôtel de toute façon que nous retenons et que nous ne manquerons pas de recommander à nos amis.
