Un personne au téléphone demande à sa collègue de venir s'occuper de nous mais elle était bien plus passionnée par un tiroir qu'elle decapait. A l atroisieme demande elle est venue. Nous a dit qu'on avait trouvé le bon fascicule. Et sinon peu d'information.

Nous avons obtenu peu de documentation, il n'y avait même plus de plans de Tours.
Heureusement l'hôtesse était souriante....
Voilà pourquoi j'ai quand même mis 4 étoiles !

I went there to buy some souvenirs for friends, they have them organized and varied. There are good things compared to other places in the city center. Also the people who work there are polite and willing to help. Don't hesitate to go there and find something to remember that beautiful city for the rest of your life. Enjoy Tours.
