Excellent in every way. Sophie was very knowledgeable about the area vineyards, winemaking, the families making wines - vineyard owners and their histories. She was great at pouring & recommending wines for our tastes. She made the trip very fun for us all. Highly recommend

Wonderful day to remember, with marvellous, warm, articulate and super knowledgeable Sophie as our guide. Vincent the tour manager flexible and accommodating with our pick up and even dates (when I made a mistake). We really appreciated little cheese platter with our first winery in Vouvray, and mini charcuterie board in Chinon winery in the afternoon, which Sophie whipped out each time as a surprise. Picnic style lunch and wine tasting at a chateau in the middle of flowering meadow was a joy. Coffee in the sun at a wonderful produce farrm, purchasing their wonderful goodies, so appreciated, with geese nodding in approval. Sophie even accommodated the bellavista panoramic view of Chinon in the afternoon, since we had such a small group and were good on time. If you are booking, do check Sophie is guiding, especially for English tours, if not pick a date when she is, as she is 50% of why we found this full day wine tasting experience such a joy. Heartily recommend VinoLoire & this specific day tour.

We were with Sophie for the whole day drinking wine and visiting chateau de chenonceau. She was extremely informative and absolutely delightful companion and guide. Just Great!

We had a wonderful day with Aurelie in our full day wine tour. She is a wealth of information not only on wine but about the region, its history and the lives of the people who created these amazing wines.

The selection of venues was perfect. Each was different but each one evoked the passion and the love each owner had for wine making.

The assortment of foods for lunch was perfect for me. They were all unique foods that I would never find anywhere else.

Aurelie was humorous, engaging and totally knowledgeable. I cannot thank her enough for making our last day in Tours so memorable.
