Service à améliorer d'urgence. J'ai trouvé des toilettes pendant le petit déjeuner bouchés avec de l'urine qui débordait ...
Au petit déjeuner j'ai trouvé un buffet à moitié vide avec des manques de pain, lait et oeufs brouillés. L'attente a été longue pour remplir les paniers malgré les plaintes de nombreux clients pour finalement avoir du pain brûlant à l'extérieur mais congelé à l'intérieur.
Si possible, que le personnel évite les soupirs lors du remplissage du buffet...
(Commentaire anecdotique : mettre le code du parking sur booking.com lors de la réservation permet d'éviter le moment gênant où l'on bloque l'entrée)
Tiny and shabby, run down rooms. We booked a superior room and there is absolutely nothing superior about these rooms, other than having an extra bed accessed via a wooden ladder! These should be listed as triple rooms, superior is very misleading. Our relative had a regular double room and it looked exactly the same as ours, apart for not having the extra bed accessed via the ladder. Not worth the extra money.
Also the bathroom was in a shocking state. Stuff hanging off the walls, manky stains everywhere in the shower, which a normal sized person can barely fit in. Also stinks of drains in there. No smoke alarms in the rooms, which is surely a fire safety breach?? Also the carpets are stained and just grubby looking. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and also on the small side. The pillows had manky yellow stains on the inside under the pillow case. Just really poor overall. Breakfast however was decent. Overall this place is more like a 1 star hotel than 3 star
