We were told after complaining why it was so hot in the room, that the Aircon is set to winter setting until July.
On the evening of our visit, it was a balmy 26 Deg for a May evening and STILL set on winter mode. I was told by the curt receptionist that it is a winter setting and there is nothing I can do except switch off the Aircon and open the window!
We had a most uncomfortable sleep with the window opened, attracting bugs flying in and the sound of the expressway traffic.
This is a ridiculous rule and so inflexible to paying guests.Why say you offer air conditioning if guests aren't allowed to adjust the air con temperature for themselves. Felt cheated and missold - I will never stay there again!
Maybe the super cheap F1 hotel around the corner at €39 a night provides proper air conditioning!
