The L'artist Hotel is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Tours, France. The staff as a whole demonstrates genuine interest and caring for your needs. Early on, we required some medical assistance and the front desk was incredible in not only quickly contacting a taxi and navigating us through this unexpected situation, but since our plans changed and we required a longer stay in Tours, the staff promptly made arrangements to accommodate us. In addition, they generously included our breakfasts as part of the remainder of our visit. I can't express how thankful we were to have stayed here while in Tours. The L'artist Hotel is a hidden gem located near the Tours train station and within walking distance to all interesting and historically significant attractions. We highly recommend this hotel for any travellers who are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation away from home with the knowledge that your safety is also of the utmost importance. The entire L'artist team are to be commended on their courtesy and professionalism.

There tried to double charge the room. We prepaid through a travel agency the stay. And at check out there wanted to charge again for the stay. Only because i was able to show a invoice from the Travel agency there did not double charge us.

We are now a second time here and the service is amazing, room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

La ubicació és en realitat bona, a prop de l'estació i del centre, però l'entrada i el carrer on està no ho són tant

Das einzige was mich verleitet einen Punkt zu geben ist die absolut gute Lage zum Stadtzentrum.||Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, seit 2 Nächten jetzt kein Auge zugemacht, weil nachts Leute rumschreien, die Leute im Hotel rumlaufen usw…||Angeblich hatten wir ein Upgrade bekommen, wovon wir nichts bemerkt haben, denn außer in London, haben wir noch nie ein kleineres Zimmer gehabt als hier. Von wegen Upgrade. |Das Hotel soll renoviert sein, naja, anbei kann man auf den Fotos dann sehen wie renoviert. Die Decke fällt praktisch im Bad ab. Nicht mal eine richtige Tür gibt es zum Bad.||Des Weiteren ist die Sache mit dem Parkplatz so ne Sache. Jedesmal muss man an der Rezeption einen Drücker fragen, das Auto rein- oder rausfahren, dann den Drucker wieder abgeben.||Lieber 100€-200€ mehr ausgeben und win besseres Hotel wählen, denn es ist wirklich nicht so gut wie de Bewertungen es aussagen…
