Excellent location, service, very special decor. We especially appreciated the attention and information that concierge “Nils” offered us. He pointed us in the direction of an excellent restaurant for dinner (Chien Fou) and made a reservation for us. He made us feel very welcome to this exquisite hotel, spoiled even! ||Special mention must be made of the bathroom, especially the shower. Very excellent decor and functionality. Kudos to the interior designers.

A gem of a hotel - very relaxed - close to everything

Lovely, comfortable hotel with great service. Breakfast was delicious too.
When I raised the issue with the hotel, I did not receive a sincere apology or an adequate resolution. Instead, the focus was placed on the non-refundable nature of my booking, which dismissed the seriousness of the situation. I also encountered conflicting explanations about why the staff entered the room, further adding to my concerns about transparency and professionalism.
Despite contacting the manager directly and through Amex, my concerns were not properly addressed. The lack of empathy and professionalism throughout this experience was disappointing. Having stayed in 5-star hotels worldwide, this incident did not meet the standards of hospitality and guest care expected from such an establishment. I cannot recommend this hotel to others based on my experience.
