À fuir absolument.
Je ne comprends même pas comment cet endroit peut encore être ouvert. Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil était glacial, presque hostile. La chambre ? Une horreur. Moquette tachée, odeur de renfermé insupportable, draps douteux, et je ne parle même pas de la salle de bain où la moisissure règne en maître. Le lit grinçait à chaque mouvement, les murs sont en papier – on entend tout, y compris les disputes de la chambre voisine à 3h du matin.

Le petit-déjeuner ? Une blague. Pain rassis, jus chimique, café imbuvable. Et le pire : le personnel semble totalement indifférent aux plaintes, comme si c’était une habitude. J’ai écourté mon séjour, j’aurais préféré dormir dans ma voiture.

Une expérience lamentable du début à la fin. À éviter comme la peste.

Super accueil, très surpris de la qualité du service..

I think I haven't never wrote a review like that before. After a very bad and turbulent week on the way back to UK, we had two breakdown and the second one, almost went like a tragedy. We got stranded in tour and checked around quite few hotels and even explained our situation, and in all the hotels that we knocked on from 1 to 5 star the answer was the same (sorry, checking is only 14:00 or past 14:00) bear in mind this was around 08:00 am and we have been checking for a place since 04:30 in the morning.
By the time when we got hold again from the breakdown costumer service , we did reach by walk THE PEOPLE TOURS. And sorting the morning breakfast it was Marion, the lady that we explained very quickly our situation and she very quick told us we have only one room available, but yes by all means we can make available for you right now, perhaps she saw as well how tired we was and also mentioned about the breakfast if we want to have it , which we did rushed in to, soon after a quick shower, also she did help us with some translation back and forwards to our French breakdown cover. We slept all day and the following day we have been served and also helped by Gladys which also was very polite.
The People Tour , in my view and experience is very clean, the room was simple but very cozy, also a very good location which easy we got to the train station on our way back home. Breakfast was OK but the most Great experience was the welcome and the simplicity of the staff specially Marion and Gladys in our reception to the People-tours.

Un café super sympa. Beaucoup d' espace. Des sièges confortables. Une ambiance cosy . Une belle et sympathique équipe pour vous servir . ....et des cookies faits maison originaux et délicieux. Une super adresse pour de bons moments, en afterwork ou morning coffee.
A retenir ! Je recommande

Très bonne auberge de jeunesse, très bon rapport qualité prix.

L'auberge est accessible aux personnes en fauteuil roulant. Vous avez un ascenseur pour monter dans les étages.

Vous pouvez vous y rendre en voiture (je ne peux vous dire si les places de parking sont simples à trouver, et payantes) ou en bus depuis le centre ville et la gare. Un local vélo sécurisé est disponible.

L'auberge propose un bar et un restaurant. Si vous désirez préparer votre propre nourriture, une cuisine est disponible. Pour laver vos vêtements, il faudra aller à la laverie qui se trouve juste à côté.

L'établissement est ressent. Les dortoirs sont équipés de sanitaires.

Vous pouvez vous présenter tard le soir, car un veilleur de nuit est à l'accueil.
