Great staff and the food was delicious. We enjoyed looking through the books on the shelves... some were on the history of Tours.

From start to finish this meal was fantastic. Fresh ingredients, great flavors, wonderful presentation. We loved the quaint atmosphere of the bistro and the service was very good and patient with out lack of the French language. If you visit Tours, Les Negociants is a must do.
