Insupportable, les bus passent une fois sur deux même quand ils sont affichés dans l appli !!! Pourquoi les afficher si ils ne passent pas ? En 2 jours, à Desmoulins 4 bus annulés sans avertissement ou problème

This company should seize to exist. I have lived here for 4 months and not once have I had a positive experience commuting with them. It began when I bought my first month card where I got no information that it would be invalid on the first of every month when I bought it in the middle of september. This meant that I had to buy a full new month in october without getting any reimbursement and when asked about this the company said "no we will not give you anything, do you want to buy another one or not?". Secondly the bus drivers. Most of them should be fired for the way that they drive their busses, they are a liability for the passengers and other cars on the road. Today I had enough when I sat on the bus and the bus driver obviously had places to go when he rammed through a speed bump so that I flew up in the air and almost ended up on the ground. After that everyone except me got off and he screamed asking if anyone else was on and I had to say yes and he obviously got irritated. I will never recommend anyone to travel with this company ever again.

J'y suis allez plusieurd fois avec des problèmes différent. Pas une seule fois ont il pu répondre à mon problème
Maintenant si on parle des transports bien faire attention parce que le fait qu'un bus passe ou pas est totalement dépendant du bon vouloir du conducteur. Si ils on pas envie pas de bus pour vous

J'ai une amande de204€ à payer et j'ai pas les moyens je vie dans la rue et il n'ont rien voulu savoir j'ai pas pu faire passe Navigo, j'ai aussi voulu faire une réclamation,la femme qui travaillent la bas n'a rien voulu savoir aussi de m'a situation,du coup je me trouve embêter, et endetté, je c'est plus Quoi faire pour m'en sortir, aider moi s'il vous plaît..

Je viens passer encore un coup de gueule , j en ai ras le bol d attendre des bus qui ne passe jamais , c est comme ça 3 soirs par semaine, je trouve ça inadmissible vu le prix que l'on paye ( 3 abonnements ) .
