Nous avions réservé au restaurant gastronomique , nous sommes déja venu plusieurs fois , pour un établissement qui se veut haut de gamme le service est loin d’être à la hauteur. |Quel cafouillage chez les serveurs !!|Il existe un manque de communication flagrant dans l’équipe , une personne nous demande ce que l’on veut pour l’apéritif , une fois notre choix fait , une 2 eme vient nous demander 10mn après la même chose.|On nous apporte les plats et on nous dit qu’il manque « un truc » qui a été oublié en cuisine ????, et pour finir on est obligé de demander à être servi en vin à moins qu’il faille le faire soi-même !|Bref nous n’y retournerons pas pour le prix payé .

We specifically chose to stay here because we were looking for troglodyte rooms, or rooms built into cave systems, and Les Hautes Roches (High Rocks) offered a great selection.||Perched on high rocks, thus the name, above the Loire River the location is naturally beautiful and memorable in of itself. The hotel building looks like an elegant old mansion on a hill and was beautiful inside. The restaurants and bar were elegant with friendly staff and lively evening scene. ||We had one of the largest, if not the largest cave room and it was HUGE with beautiful views of the Loire River down below. No AC in the troglodyte rooms but it's not really needed since they're naturally cool but fans are available upon request. Comfortable bed, big bathroom with separate tub and shower, separate couch and chairs, and plenty of open space. ||Only downside is the location is not in a town so a car is needed to go anywhere unless you want to walk 15 minutes to the small town of Rochecorbon. Tours is within 15 minutes to the west and Amboise is within 15 minutes to the east so you're right in the middle of two large towns. If you're wanting to explore east Loire Valley and west Loire Valley this is a good middle location; it's just not in a populated town with many restaurants in walking distance. ||I would stay here again for the Troglodyte rooms.

Sejour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel plein de charme avec ses chambres troglodytes et ses 2 restaurants ||Equipe trés accueillante et pleine d'empathie ... vraiment à l’écoute pour le plaisir des clients .. ||A refaire
