Nous avons passé un très bon we. Le cadre est splendide avec une belle terrasse dans le jardin au soleil. Le personnel est très accueillant et gentil. L’équipe de la réception est top ainsi que la jeune fille du bar avec qui nous avons un peu discuté.||Nous avions un chambre de luxe troglodyte, très grande, confortable avec une très belle vue et une salle de bain très agréable (douche et baignoire).||Nous avons dîné au bistrot. Belles assiettes, bons plats avec du goût et très bons desserts aussi ( le dessert signature et les profiteroles au chocolat avec une bonne glace à la vanille pas trop sucrée, de bons choux et une très bonne sauce au chocolat ce qui devient de plus en plus rare!). Cela fait plaisir de manger de bons produits qui ont du goût. C’était plutôt une agréable surprise car nous étions au bistrot et non au restaurant gastronomique. En tout cas la carte proposée au bistrot vaut aussi le déplacement. L’équipe en salle était aussi très agréable et professionnelle.||En conclusion notre week-end aux Hautes Roches était très agréable. ||Merci à tous

My wife and I stayed here on the way back home to the UK on a roadtrip from northern Spain and it was just what we needed! Lovely welcome by lovely staff quickly checked in whilst they took our luggage to the room. The room was amazing built into the rocks and the bed was very comfy we slept very well! We also had some lovely local sparkling wine and an amazing meal with a beautiful view over the river. Again the staff were very helpful and professional and we had the most amazing time. It's just a shame that we only had one night so we are going to go back for a few nights and explore the area better. Many thanks to Jeremy and all the staff for making us feel comfortable and welcome and we look forward to coming back. Kind Regards, Mr and Mrs Dickens.

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée. Tout était au rendez vous : l’accueil, le service, un repas de absolument délicieux et raffiné. Une équipe vraiment incroyable.
