Wir wurden sehr enttäuscht, das sind wir bei Relais et Chateau nicht gewohnt. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, hatte keinerlei Blick, nur vor eine Hauswand. Es roch muffig und feucht und das Badezimmer ist mehr als renovierungsbedürftig. Das Abendessen war rundum in Ordnung. Beim Frühstück ist die Auswahl sehr begrenzt. Auch hier sind wir von anderen Hotels innerhalb der Kette anderes gewohnt. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen und können das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Beautiful hotel with an extremely large room built into the caves. We had room service one night and watched tennis. The food was amazing. Our casual dinner on the patio was only beat by the experience in the Michelin rated dining room. The customer service was top notch. Manon at reception and Marie (who was behind the bar when we met) were exceptional. I can highly recommend Les Hautes Roches! Easy parking, great location,

Super séjour aux Hautes Roches. Belle chambre troglodyte avec un excellent confort et sans aucune humidité. Les chambres sont grandes, jolies et la literie excellente. Nous avons dîné au restaurant bistronomique qui est vraiment excellent. Qui plus est, il faisait beau donc nous avons pu dîner sur la superbe terrasse qui surplombe la Loire et ce fut une délicieuse expérience. Le service est vraiment très bon en plus dans tout l’établissement. On reviendra !
