We had an absolutely fantastic time staying in Relais de Sonnay. Our cottage was simply gorgeous, finished to a very high standard with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed strolling in the vineyard and the grounds of the chateau. We had a wonderful welcome from Frederic who gave us many recommendations for our stay in the area where we visited some beautiful towns and chateaux. Our time here was all too short and we hope to return for a longer holiday. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Go and you will not be disappointed.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, le gîte est très agréable, nous avons apprécié le calme, le confort, et la disponibilité du propriétaire ! La piscine est un vrai plus.

We enjoyed a fantastic week in our gite. It’s very well located for exploring the region. It’s beautifully decorated and comfortable. It’s very clean. Frederic is a lovely host and left lots of information about the area in the gite. Would definitely go back.

Gîte magnifique au pied du château de Sonnay, au cœur des vignes. Merci à M. De Foucaud pour sa gentillesse et son accueil.
Nous avons même pu bénéficier d'une dégustation des vins du domaine en compagnie de son frère.

Our stay for a week was absolutely great and we enjoyed each of the particulars enumerated above in addition to interesting conversations with our host Frédéric de Faucaud.
