The staff here were so kind and helpful, you would think they are from Japan and not France!! We had a local hotel the Renauderie cancel on us on the day with much arrogance and very bad attitude but the staff at this office helped us find a better lodging and let us charge the phones, they were so kind all 3 of them, that we will have a kindhearted image of Chenonceaux thanks to them! Many other customers came while we were there and got helpful advices from them, it is so nice to see one place in France where people actually care, and it's not like they do it for a tip, which is even more like the outstanding customer service we get in Japan. For once we felt at home in France, thanks to the staff of this Office de Toutisme! Thank you so much! Also you can buy your castle tickets here to avoid queues, which we did!
