This is a lovely bed and breakfast in a beautiful farm house. The rooms are spacious and the property is beautiful. There is lots of outdoor space to sit and relax and have a drink. It is a short walk into town through a cute neighborhood. Our hosts were very attentive, helpful, and very friendly. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Amboise.

Maybe the best place I've ever stayed at in France. Aude made sure to make me feel like home and location is perfect for those going across the Val de la Loire. My bedroom was extremely comfortable, rustic-styled and spotless clean. Totally recommend it!!

Wir hatten für unseren Aufenthalt ein großes und mit schönen alten Möbeln eingerichtetes Zimmer, welches über ein geräumiges Badezimmer verfügte. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit. Ebenfalls positiv zu bewerten ist das gute Frühstück. Die Gastgeber, Aude und Rob, sind sehr angenehme Menschen, ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Manoir können wir für einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

The Manoir de la Maison Blanche is like a small village where everyone is welcome to share good fellowship and to pretend that the ample grounds of the fruit and vegetable farm and the horses, llamas and chickens are their own. The 17th century room lodgings are beautiful with their ancient walls and ceilings. Aude and Rob set a tone of friendship among the guests and also including themselves, which leads to amazing conversations about shared experiences and interests on the open patio. When we are next in need of a relaxing break from hectic lives, we will return to stay with our new true friends Aude and Rob.

In spite of not giving five star reviews to everything, we loved this place. The setting is beautiful but it's a bit away from town so you miss that village experience. Our room was up a spiral staircase so we ended up leaving our big suitcases in our car. You do not want to be in an upstairs bedroom there if you have any kind of physical disabilities. On the other hand, our room was huge and was very comfortable so it did not turn out to be a problem for us. Aude is a lovely hostess. If you stay there, plan on having a French picnic dinner outside in one of their many seating areas. It's extremely pleasant, quiet, and essentially bug-free at least during our visit in early June. My biggest complaint is I never found the llama!
