Orbys is a true French restaurant dining experience with a modern twist. This is a 3-hour seating. It is a six course meal with little deveation from day to day. Changes are made only for vegetarians and people with food allergies. In time, the gentlemen will introduce an alternate dish, which I am looking forward to trying. The night I was there was like I was interacting in a perfectly rehearsed play. From the Chef and Sous-chef, creating the meal to visual and tasteful perfection, to the waiter explaining in detail each course. The restaurant is newly renovated and has a great wine selection. I have attached pictures and videos of the meal. I purposely left out what each dish was made with. Being introduced to each course is part of the experience. Bon appetite.

Une superbe expérience ! Le plaisir se trouve autant dans l’assiette qu’au service. De bonnes recommandations pour le choix des vins. Un prix tout à fait raisonnable pour le menu en 3 services ! Foncez-y !

Excellent restaurant, une belle découverte avec un concept que j’apprécie particulièrement, le végétal et le fait de cuisiner tout dans son entièreté avec des produits locaux.

Passé la porte, vous entrez dans un univers intimiste à la décoration volontairement sombre et minimaliste avec vue directe sur la cuisine du Chef et de son second.
Le serveur souriant et accueillant, attentionné à qui rien n'échappe pour que votre repas se passe au mieux.
Avec mon épouse, nous avons choisi le menu en 6 services. Tout est délicieux de bout en bout ! Le Chef et son second font subliment les mets ordinaires en plats extraordinaires. La maitrise des cuissons, l'harmonie des saveurs...
Un nouveau restaurant à qui nous souhaitons longue vie et pleine réussite.
