l'hermitage gantois

Très bel hôtel, lieu historique, parfaitement situé. Le personnel est aimable et attentif. Le petit déjeuner est complet et la chambre standard très confortable et parfaitement insonorisé. La vue sur la rue était juste le petit bémol. Je recommande.

Séjour superbe sur tous les points ( chambre très belle , spacieuse , propre ) petit déjeuners copieux , service et accueil chaleureux .
Le seul bémol serait le prix un peu élevé de la carte au bar , mais le lieu vaut l’effort.

Un endroit emblématique de lille pour des Rdvs pros adaptés.
Classe chic personnel très sympa et à l’écoute.

Très bel hôtel, où l'ancien est parfaitement marié au contemporain. L'histoire du lieu est mise en valeur au travers de musée, bibliothèque et galerie d'art.
Enfin, le service est assorti de grande attention, tant au niveau de la restauration que des chambres (merci Nora pour votre service délicat). Le spa, quant à lui, finira de vous séduire.

This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel but didnt feel like one. Our suite was spacious and the bed was comfortable however the room was tired and dated. The Wifi quality was really poor with a weak signal. Also a number of the plug sockets in the room just didnt work. |Check in was unwelcoming. We arrived just after 2pm to be told check in was at 3pm and therefore our room was not ready. We asked what time the room would be ready and were told it was unlikely to be ready at 3pm. We needed the room for 3pm as we had a conference call booked for then and were told it was now possible to let u have it but it hadnt been checked. There were dirty cups and water bottles still in the room which were not sorted until a couple of hours later. It felt the staff just didnt care. TO be fair check out was better service.|The location of the hotel is quite good between Eurostar and the center. |It wasnt bad enough to make a complaint but not good enough to return at anytime soon.
