Très agréable séjour de quatre nuits pas loin des gares grâce à une équipe formitable qui fait rouler un beau concept: à la fois du comfort et la pensée oecologique. Tout était confortable et propre: Le lit était douillet, la douche italienne fiable et le petit frigo pas sonore avec ses petites friandises. Merci à cette super équipe pour ses efforts au petit-déjeuner!

Had a fantastic stay and the staff where so helpful as our French was a little rusty. |Location was good , just outside the old town but close to both train stations . Would highly recommend for a lovely stay in the city. Also Mallorie was a superstar.

We recently stayed at BOA, having booked the hotel as part of a package with Eurostar.||The hotel itself is less than a 10 min walk from EuroLille and about 2 mins from Lille Flanders station. The hotel is conveniently located short walk from Grand Place.||All the staff are helpful and welcoming. We had breakfast there each day and there was plenty of choice. The serving staff serving the drinks deserve a special mention as they were lovely.||We stayed in a prestige room which was large and comfortable. They offer free beer tokens for every day you decline a linen change which is a great way to be rewarded for being eco conscious.||Overall we had a lovely stay and would certainly use this hotel again if we return to Lille.

Les deux jeunes du soir sont très accueillants et ont un grand sens du service. (Y compris pr le monsieur dont c était le premier jour ! )
Merci pour les petites attention dans le mini bar c est toujours très apprécié quand on est n déplacement.
Juste un bemol : Dommage pour les abords très sales et autour de l hotel.
Je reviendrai avec plaisir
