Booking via hotels.com, the hotel kept cancelling my booking with the extra flexibility, so I had to book the correct dates. 9 months before I needed to travel I asked to move the booking by a week, but was offered no help, just I had to book again. I wouldn't be annoyed had I not tried several occasions to book for such a scenario or I had better contact from the hotel itself. Hotels.com seemed to try their best, but said the hotel refused to look at the case.

Wir hatten Glück das es möglich gemacht wurde das wir ein Zimmer bekommen konnten nachdem uns ein Fehlerunterlaufenist beim buchen. Nur Achtung nach hinten raus gibt es eine ständige Geräuschekulisse, hier läuft ständig eine U-Bahn Rolltreppe.

Bien situé à côté du métro Gambetta dans un quartier "animé". La chambre est correcte mais avec la clim. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel.

Basic but adequate hotel in a central location. Surprisingly quiet despite the location! Beds were comfortable and air con in the room was welcome on a hot summer day.
