Comfortable room and surprisingly quiet given its town centre location close to all the places one could wish to visit in Lille. Self service breakfast was also good and without fuss. Nearby car parking was great for us but beware if you have a large or wide car as the spaces allocated to the hotel are quite narrow and the ramp up to the fifth floor is tight. Fine for our car.

The hotel is located opposite the Gare de Lille Flandres and perfectly situated for exploring all Lille has to offer.||The hotel can offer limited parking if booked in advance, but we parked nearby at the station underground car park.||The facilities were very clean and the beds were comfortable.||The staff were very helpful and timely with responses to questions we had prior to arrival.||I would recommend this hotel.

Due to work being carried out on the balcony, the windows were sealed shut for safety reasons. Despite repeated promises that this would be resolved, nothing was done. We consider this poor service, apart from the fact that we spent two days without fresh air in a rather expensive hotel. In our opinion, this should have been communicated in advance or an adequate solution should have been provided immediately. We were given a small Rituals gift as compensation, but this does not reflect the situation.

Hotel bien situé en face de la gare avec une une place dans parking avec tarif abordable de 16€ pour la nuit. Chambre spacieuse calme et propre. Petie bemol quand on arrive dans les couloirs on a une sensation ettoufante car tres étroits. Petit dejeuner un peu juste à notre gout.

Que dire si une seule personne n’est pas sympathique alors que les autres le sont ? Je ne vais pas blâmer mais c’est dommage. Je recommande quand même
