I visited this lovely city on my own. The service from the owners was very good, especially with key collection instructions. Accomodation was lovely & clean. Location was perfect for exploring and close to independent cafes & bars. Will becoming back again.

A very convenient flat right in the centre of old Lille. Everything is within walking distance. The flat is well equipped and we were given good instructions for arrival and departure.

Nous somme venus passer un weekend à 3 entre amis et tout c'est très bien passé, les indications de la propriétaire sont parfaites, l'emplacement est impeccable dans le vieux Lille, tout est à portée de marche, le logement est très sympa !

Great location! We loved our stay here. This space is close to all the restaurants and bars in Lille, plus there’s a great bakery one block away. It’s also a quick walk or drive from the train station. Check in was easy. There was consistent hot water and heat. Plus, it was clean and quiet so we weren’t awoken from street noise during the night. We’ve stayed at several rentals/hotels in Lille and this is one of the best we’ve rented. We would happily stay here again.

De locatie van dit appartement is echt top, loopafstand van het centrum! De kamer was super netjes en schoon. De kamer had alles wat je nodig had met een hele fijne douche, met een mooie wasbak, een prima keuken en een lekker bed.

Perfect location. We stayed in apartment that slept 4 and it was right in the middle of town, perfect for exploring the lovely city. Apartment is on top floor so up 3 flights of stairs then within apartment there is very steep stairs to mezzanine bedroom with further bedroom above that accessible by a ladder. This was perfect for my teenage son but I wouldn't suggest for young children or anyone with mobility issues. Apartment is a little tired and maybe needs a bit of a clean. Dishes were all chipped and we had to wash before using...not a massive issue as we only had breakfast in. Check out parking before you book...it cost us over 50 euros to park in nearby carpark for less than 48 hours!

Très décevant. Outre un accueil peu chaleureux et un manque de politesse nous avons été surpris de constater qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans l’appartement. Bien que nous avons informé la propriétaire rien n’a été fait, aucun geste commercial n’a été donné, ni même une simple excuse de sa part. Aberrant vu le prix de la nuit de ne même pas pouvoir se doucher !! En plus de cela odeur nauséabonde dans l’appartement et impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres en grand. Logement sale et défraîchi (cheveux dans les équipements de cuisine, moisissures, toile d’araignée, placards rempli d’affaires et de vieux prospectus non rangés, rideaux déchirés et recollés avec du scotch, enduit du plafond qui se décolle, peinture écaillée, etc). Nous ne recommandons absolument pas ce logement !!

18 minuten voor onze afspraak stuurt de host dat ze 40 minuten later zal zijn. We zagen het bericht pas toen we hier al stonden. In de straat is nergens een bordje te zien met de naam van de verblijfplaats op.
Toen de host er was, zei ze dat ze nog een lekkageprobleem moest oplossen. Dat beloofde niet veel goeds.
De studio: goed bed met propere lakens. Geen kastruimte voor kledij. De zogezegde kleerkast zat vol poetsgerief, kussens en extra badhanddoeken. Keuken: op het eerste zicht proper tot je wat verder kijkt. Bestek op het aanrecht onder het stof, potten en pannen vies in de kast. Gelukkig een propere koelkast.
Douche heeft schimmel. Toilet: wc bril zit los. WC ruikt. Loszittend bovenblad lavabokastje.
Kamer: plafond beschadigd door eerder lek. Rolgordijnen met tape hersteld en schimmelvlekken.
Toen we korting vroegen zei de host dat we ook ergens anders mochten gaan ???? nog nooit meegemaakt. We hebben 1 nacht korting gekregen uiteindelijk. Als we zo moe niet waren geweest hadden we een andere locatie gezocht.
