Fantastic staff the hotel had a real community feel. Rooms had everything you needed and enough space to move. Half hour walk to the city along picturesque canals.

Hotel was in the perfect place to visit the city of Lille, short distance away from the Westfield Shopping Centre ( not open on Sundays) and many great cafes, bars and restaurant. Staff at the hotel were all lovely and friendly, space to leave luggage before check in slot and after check in! Right next to the Eurostar and train station! Great stay for a one night visit

Good location, close to the 2 railway stations and Euralille Mall, 2 mins to Metro, easy to go everywhere. Room is comfortable, nice service.

Currently being renovated so I've had 3 days of constant drilling and hammering, all day until 5pm. Not sure why they are putting people so close to the work as its incredibly noisy and annoying. Basically if you want to use or rest in the room during the day, you can't. Receptionist didn't care. Also, no air con so its very warm at night. Very poor experience.

200€ la nuit pour Ed Sheeran . Pourquoi pas on n’était pas forcé !!!????????
Mais que la chambre ne soit même pas prête à 15h!!! Il fal attendre16h 30 et on n’était pas les seuls dans ce cas.
Que le pommeau de douche ne tienne pas sur son support.
Une attente très longue à l’accueil avec une seule personne pour l’hôtel !!
Entretien très moyen.
Bon à éviter.
Et par la même occasion évitez ce groupe hôtelier qui facture comme les grands hôtels quand il y a pénurie mais n’assure pas la prestation au niveau du prix.
