Fantastic hotel stay. Took my wife to Lille for 40th birthday surprise. Beautiful building and lovely staff. Well done Clarence Hotel.

A lovely hotel in a good location. That said, it is not close to being a 5 star hotel. Our room smelled of mildew, carpet was stained, visible mould in the bathroom and insufficient breakfast choices all added up to 3-4 stars at best. Complimentary in-room treats had clearly been opened and enjoyed by a previous guest. Staff at front desk were somewhat helpful but brusque. We had a fine visit but Clarance did not live up to expectations in numerous ways.

Trop de lumière à cause des rideaux, le sol fait beaucoup de bruit on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe. La TV minuscule et de qualité moyenne.
