MAISON RAMEN

I waited until my third visit to write this review, and I can confidently say that this is the best Chinese noodle shop I’ve tried in town so far. The combination of taste, portion size, and price makes it an excellent deal.

I’ve tried both the spicy and non-spicy beef noodle soups, and they are absolutely delicious. The spicy beef noodle is particularly flavorful, while the Lanzhou beef noodle stands out with its unique beef slices—I believe they use beef shank, which is tender and has a slightly crunchy texture. I’m a big fan of it!

I also tried the mixed noodle and found the pork version to be the best. If you enjoy spicy food, I highly recommend adding a generous amount of chili oil—it really enhances the flavor of every dish.

For starters, we ordered the fried chicken, which was tender, moist, and had a distinct ginger aroma that added a nice touch.

Lastly, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place!

L'ambiance du restaurant est joliment décorée, pile dans le thème du Japon. L'accueil est courtois et agréable. La cuisine est délicieuse et c'est un restaurant de ramen incontournable de Lille.

Maison Ramen, c’est du love en bol avec un petit goût d’ailleurs… sans avoir besoin de passeport ???????? ! Tout commence avec les galettes chinoises maison : on frôle le coup de foudre dès l’entrée. Puis arrive la star du repas : les ramens, savoureux, servis dans des bols bien garnis comme on aime. Mention spéciale à la carte qui pense à tout le monde : options végétariennes et vegan au menu, et c’est loin d’être un détail. Le lieu est petit, chaleureux, sans chichi, on s’y sent bien, même si le service a été un peu long. Bref, une adresse qui fait du bien, et qui coche toutes les cases des amateurs de Ramens ???????? !

This restaurant is very popular and you need to arrive early to get a table. The ramen are tasty and copious. The soup is delicious.
