Il faut venir pour le lieu. Au sein du très select Hôtel de l'ermitage gantois, vous prendrez un verre sous l'atrium, accompagné d'un pianiste et pourrez découvrir cet estaminet qui présente une carte simple mais efficace, avec des standards de brasserie plutôt de bonne facture.

The establishment of Hermitage Gantois is a high standard one with one the rare 5 stars hotel in France. I trust the restaurant Estaminet Gantois of the establishment is worth 5 stars too while still having prices at market value for the plates they propose. I enjoyed the local Potjevleesch a lot before having very nice and well-cooked fish. Dorian was also very kind and paying attention every 5 minutes that nothing was missing for me, he also deserves 5 stars for his work and passion if not more.
