Not overly impressed with our rep Marie Noelle. She turned up very late for our meeting, which was in a different part of the hotel where we were staying. Suggesting her knowledge of the hotel was limited. She only had 4 of us to see and dealt with the other couple first eventhough they had arrived late to the meeting. This meant we were kept waiting even longer and wasted 3 hours in the morning!
She also did not explain the tours as per the booklet and clearly didn't listen to what we wanted. We asked for a private chauffeur with a tailor made full day tour; we ended up on a tour of the South and did not even have the time to see everything on that tour, missing out the seven coloured earth and the ship in a bottle making. Very disappointed.

Sortie « Nord exotique « avec Vincent.
Une très belle journée très dépaysante organisée avec brio par Vincent qui a su mettre une excellente ambiance dans le groupe et donner toutes explications nécessaires à la compréhension de la magie de cette île et de son peuple Mauritien .
Le tout avec bienveillance et respect de tous.
A préciser également une très belle pose gastronomique dans un bel endroit.

Nous avons réalisé l’excursion les couleurs du sud en bus hier. Je tiens à souligner la qualité du guide touristique ZUL qui est convivial, très drôle, et nous conte l’histoire de Maurice et tout ce que nous avions à savoir sur chaque site visité. Veuillez lui transmettre nos remerciements car il a fortement contribué à cette excellente journée !
