A real nightmare .
My stay in Israel got off to an awfull start because of Eidan .
Just read. Let me tell you a story .
I arrived at Eidan desk at the airport Ben Gourion at 9 o ‘clock pm .
First I had to wait one hour at the Eidan desk and after , more than a half an hour to get the car reserved a few months ago !
and worst of all , when I eventually took it ,as the vehicle was already started,the guys let me go away whithout giving me any code and I did’nt know it was a car with code .
So when I arrived to my hotel at Tel Aviv boulevard Rothschild, I never could start again the car .So I phoned the hotline: the assistant could’nt help me by phone and sent me somebody to fix but the lad arrived one hour and a half later . Finally I went to bed at 1h30 am......a whole evening went down the drain .
Is there any manager in this company ?
I ´ll bring the car on the 19th april and I want to be paid back and I wish to meet a manager .
After that I will make known this trap on line .I ’ve never seen such a joke in any other rental company.

Reservation effectuee 3 mois avant par internet, l agence de jerusalem a modifie la date de prise de vehicule 3 jours avant la prise duvehicule de leur propre chef ....pour vacances ..... j ai du recuperer mon vehicule un jour avant ,avec une excursion de j avais prevue ....annulee...
Et ceci sans un mot d excuse et evidemment avec le supplement du jour supplementaire
