Loved the hotel, waitressing staff excellent. Staff on desk could be a bit more more helpful.. chef I want to steal him great food and very attentive with allergies ..very impressed. The room had no kettle and the bathroom door did not close properly ..the bedroom was lovely though as was the bathroom. A great view from the window and a great place to explore glaciers and the lagoon also has its own waterfall. The hot tubs gym and sauna are excellent as well. I would return .

Everything was perfect! We also ate dinner at the restaurant we took the lamb fillet and it was amazing!

Liege im Bett, Zimmer 120 und höre eine Waschmaschine schleudern. Es ist 23.00 Uhr…
Die Heizung ist sehr laut. Das Bad ist sehr klein und ungeschickt angeordnet. Ein Haken ist abgebrochen.
Der Ausblick zum Meer ist grossartig! Das Frühstück ist gut. Bei grossem Andrang mühsam, da alles beieinander steht und nicht etwas mehr verteilt ist.
Man darf im Zimmer kein Wasser kochen. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine.
Design/Architektur nordisch, dunkel, klar, modern. Hohe Decken. Gute Betten.
Im Barbereich werden die Tische schlecht bedient/gepflegt.
Über den Spabereich kann ich keine Aussage machen.
Grosser Parkplatz. Gratis.

I don't think you can find a better hotel in the area! The design and decor are impeccable and you're truly in the middle of no where, which made our stay that much more exciting. They also have a sauna and 2 hot tubs which made for a very relaxing evening.

Our dining experience was superb!! Excellent service and food, the chicken was to die for!

Will definitely be back!!
