The suite was really special with our own private hot tub which is a great touch.
We had dinner at the restaurant and it was our best meal in Iceland. Kristof our waiter was brilliant, attentive and funny. Again, best service we had in Iceland!
It's also a lovely secluded location where if you wanted to stay for a few days you can easily access attractions to the east and west.
The bed sheet was badly pilled (haven't seen something like this for ages), and was told it was all like that. The room and bed is small and the heater was not working when we checked in. Hot tub was not working for the two days we stayed. The price was about £250 a night, not a cheap hotel but the basic facilities and bed is not satisfying. Wouldn't recommend it
