JUMEIRAH CREEKSIDE HOTEL ^{* * * * *}

"It's a great hotel. Whenever I visit Dubai, I stay at this hotel. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly. It's not far from the airport, and there's a metro station only 10 minutes away. I like staying at this hotel because it makes me feel comfortable."

This is well maintained property. Had attended a one day seminar here.

I booked the hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and I was promised a unique experience. Yet they did not kept up with anything they said they will do.

We did not sleep well the first night because of the noises. We heard knocking like someone was jumping on top of our room. And then in the early morning, maintenance was drilling on the walls.

Also they promised a cake and I had to call million times to check when will it be delivered. Every time they respond with a vague answer. The worst part that I could’ve just bought the cake myself, but they kept me waiting by lying to me. Then 10 min before the checkout a lady called me and I am assuming she’s the manager, she apologise and said they will be delivered in five minutes and then she started saying that the issue was we booked late and blah blah blah blah. I don’t know what’s worse, trying to set the blame on me or not delivering on their promises because the first time they said the chef is not here and then the other time they said they deliver the cake in the early morning etc ….

Super hôtel très pratique du côté de deira...
belle chambre , bonne accueil, super accueil mais attention au serveur chachika qui parait super gentil et fait du rentre dedans à la clientèle. Sinon rien à dire.

Hotel joliement décoré dans le style comtemporain. Son emplacement en plein du centre ville est idéal pour visiter. De son bar sur le toit, vous aurez une superbe vue sur la creek. La piscine sur le toit est superbe.
