JUMEIRAH CREEKSIDE HOTEL ^{* * * * *}

Completely enjoyed the ambience and the food hospitality was awesome

It was amazing service was amazing if you go to the church side to 8-10 they give you chocolate and donuts

The Jumeirah Creekside exceeded expectations. The hotel was beautiful and well located in the city. We stayed in a Club Room and the room was fabulous. What made this trip exceptional however was the amazing staff members. From Aaron at the bell desk who remembered the children's names and could not do enough to help us. His knowledge was unparalleled and his recommendations particularly regarding the other Jumeirah Hotels was wonderful. He recommended restaurants in the Madinat Jumeirah that we all loved. He is a huge asset to the hotel and to the Jumeriah Group which he has worked with for almost 20 years. You can see how passionate he is about the company.His colleagues at the Bell desk were friendly and super helpful.
The service in our room was provided by Zeeshan and it was exceptional. The room was immaculate and he couldn't have been more helpful. His towel art was a highlight every day and the children will remember the hotel fondly because of his efforts.
The pools were excellent both on the roof and the larger pool near Nomad.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the club lounge was a wonderful perk. As we had children with us and they could not attend the lounge the hotel provided happy hour pre dinner drinks and canapés and a children's menu next to the pool at Nomad which was a super touch.The food was spectacular and it was a full meal for the children. My oldest said it was the best chicken he's ever tasted. Efren was amazing with the children and his service was also outstanding.
Overall we loved this hotel, the staff are amazing and the children are begging to cancel our other hotel next week to return to the Jumeirah Creekside.
