Ibrahim in the Breakfast restaurant gave us an outstanding service. He helped us with selecting foods and cleaning tge table. Nice talking. Great service from Ibrahim

One of the worst experience we had during our 3 night stay here. The staff here is also so pathetic. This hotel staff absolutely doesn't understand the meaning of being in a hospitality industry. They way they demean their customers is just horrible.
Neeraj Tiwari just humiliated us and spoke with us in the worst possible way.

We had informed one night prior to get jain food in the hotel and got a confirmation also from the staff but today morning Neeraj Tiwari excused himself by saying absolutely no that they cannot make anything Jain. On top of it he was just not ready to listen to us.

Its one of worst places to be for a pure vegetarian customer. Yesterday we asked a staff if a particular item was eggless but later another staff said its with egg. You cannot stay here if you are vegetarian its an absolute nightmare.

Because according to Neeraj Tiwari if we had egg there's no problem in that.
