Service - Dina was exceptional at the front desk. I can see her in a management role in the future. Thank you for talking with us genuinely and not like a robot off a script.
Oscar was extremely helpful with my daughter's severe allergies. Cooked food from scratch as did the breakfast chef. Thank you to you both for taking care of her and special thanks to Oscar for sitting with us to plan her menu. I look forward to your chef's creations in the future.
Food - breakfast has variety of foods including Arabic, Indian, and Western. Tasty too!
Rooms - clean and comfortable
Fitness Room - not sure, will check it out today! Lol
And I would like to thank the housekeeping team especially Sukhram,Santosh and Ramesh who decorated my room for my birthday that was soooo soo thoughtful and I appreciate soo soo much
Not forgetting Nikhil from housekeeping omg he made sure i had everything I needed from water,towel and even gifted me a flask water bottle which i will never ever forget:) he pays attention to detail and it made me soo comfortable during my stay,he definitely knows how to take care of guests..he is a super star.
I would recommend this Hotel a Million times!!:) :) :)
