My stay here in Dubai was exceptional. The cleanliness was top-notch, and Mr. Bappi's professional behaviour and personalised care made a significant difference. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Prompt maintenance service also deserves recognition, When we encountered a broken flush, the engineer swiftly resolved the issue, minimising any inconvenience. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, and while the rooms were spacious, there was limited hanging space. Overall, highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Dubai.

The accommodations we received did not match the city view or pool view specified in our booking. When we inquired, we were informed that these rooms were temporary and that we would be moved to pool-view rooms when they became available. However, despite the initial promise of rooms being ready by 2 pm, the situation unfolded with delays and confusion after 4 or 5 pm. Eventually, we were informed that no change was possible, and only after insisting on canceling our booking were we offered the correct rooms as per our reservation. This was a disappointing experience, especially when traveling with family, as we had higher expectations for service from the hotel. It was necessary to speak up in order to resolve the situation.
