In Ramadan iftar,We came from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, and we invited 13 guests. It was the worst dining experience, and everyone agreed that the food was very bad, except for the soup and ice cream. We felt embarrassed in front of the guests, especially since they were fasting and couldn't eat the food. This is unacceptable."

I went for suhoor at ramadan garden today. There were a lot of vacant seats. I reached at 10:45 pm. I requested for sofa seating by 11:30 but they told me that it was reserved. I requested them for this space if no one comes up after the booking time. I asked again at 12:45 but now they said the owner is coming for this particular space. I was there till 2:02 (2am being their closing time).. no one came to this sofa seats. When i was leaving I again asked them why would they not give me this seat. There were 2 ladies at the reception. One lady was clearly guilty in her face and the other lady tried to cover up saying it was booked. One could clearly understand from her face that she was hiding something. I would not go back to this place for ifthar or suhoor ever again.

Route to the washroom smelled terrible and looked shady. It was wet and dirty. Never expected this from the Habtoor palace team.

Food tasted good eventhough majority of the food had a taste of lemon on the higher side.

Lovely stay at this hotel for a week. Great location in close walking distance to JBR and supermarkets. Breakfast is an impressive spread with chefs constantly monitoring the food. Sunita was really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Would recommend.

Hotel has a rather narrow strip of land down to the end of the beach, but overall a great location and easily within walking distance of malls, shops and the marina area.

Terrible experience from the get-go! The Asian lady at the reception, while checking didn’t even pay attention to our requests, but gave a thorough treatment to the lady standing behind us in the line. We arrived at noon with two little kids (2 and 1 year old) requested a crib for our, but since nobody really cares, we’ve got it only around 11pm at night after numerous phone calls and visits to the reception.

Also stay away from the steak/bar place near the reception, although we had all-inclusive package the Kazakh lady hostess stopped us from entering and said she’d first double check “if we really have all inclusive for our kids” before we are allowed to be served, what nonsense and disrespect. But that wasn’t the worst part about this bar, the same night when we were in our room, around 11pm we started receiving phone calls from this place, same lady was calling and demanding that we come down and pay(were still not sure what we were supposed to pay for), we kindly asked her to meet in the morning as our kids were being put asleep. Few minutes she started calling again,and woke up the children. It a was super UNPLEASANT experience.

Stay away and remember all-inclusive is not really including everything!!!

Heerlijk hotel met super personeel. Niets is te gek en ze willen alles voor je doen. Mooie omgeving je werd naar het strand gebracht. Mooi zwembad en lekkere restaurants alles klopt. Wij komen zeker terug.

I understand that fasting is about more than just hunger—it's a purification of the body and soul, enhancing belief. While I haven't focused much on expanding my network, I enjoy joining Iftar with familiar faces, sharing meals, and immersing myself in local culture
